The Roxshire Civic Association (RCA) was formed to perform the following tasks:
- Manage and maintain the common areas and entrances in Roxshire;
- Provide Architectural review to ensure compliance with the neighborhood covenants;
- Coordinate and plan neighborhood events; and
- Communicate important information and neighborhood news to RCA members.

- Organization and advertisement of the annual neighborhood Yard Sale, including pick-up of leftover items;
- Luminary candles and bags for display on Christmas Eve; and
- Invitations to neighborhood social events, like the Easter Egg Hunt, Pizza Party, Ice Cream social, and others!

Membership fee schedule:
Membership dues are $75, due by January 31. Cutoff for inclusion in the Directory is January 31.
